This Privacy Notice contains important information about our information sharing practices.
This Notice applies to consumer customers who obtain financial products and services from us primarily for personal, family or household purposes.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications, surveys, online registrations or other forms;
  • Information about your accounts and transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
  • Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies and other companies that we work with.

Disclosure of Client Information
We do provide client information, including non-public personal information, to our vendors and other outside service providers whom we use when appropriate and necessary to perform and enhance our client services. When we provide client information to anyone outside our organization, we only do so as required or permitted by law. We require all of our vendors and service providers, who receive client information from us, to agree to maintain the information in confidence, to limit the use and dissemination of the information to the purpose for which it is provided and to abide by the law. We monitor that each outside vendor and service provider receiving non-public personal information from us complies with our confidentiality requirements.

Under the following circumstances, we may disclose client information:

  • When requested by the client;
  • When informing clients of other products or services;
  • When necessary, in our opinion, to verify or complete a client-initiated transaction;
  • When verifying the existence and condition of clients’ accounts for a third-party, such as a merchant, another financial institution or a credit bureau;
  • When assisting a third-party in performing functions on behalf of the Bank; or
  • When complying with law, regulation or a court or government order or request.

Client Information about Former Clients
We apply the same privacy policies and practices to our former clients that we do to our existing clients. All collected information is retained in accordance with Federal law.

Disclosures in Joint Marketing and Servicing Arrangements
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements..

Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Changes to Policies
We may change our practices in this area from time to time, and will let our customers at the time know if this Privacy Notice is changed. This Notice is effective as of the date below, and it supersedes any earlier Privacy Statements or privacy policy releases you may have received from us.
